Everyone can download chapter 9 (version 1.8) here on itch.io or on Patreon (if you prefer pixeldrain / workupload / MEGA). Info and changelog is here.

There are small improvements over the early access version, mainly in animations - now you shouldn't be distracted by missing image parts at the edges of moving / shaking animations anymore.
